Hello and welcome to the Cal-State Northridge Cinema Television Arts Living Learning Community website. Whether you're major is Film, Television, or Multimedia the CTVA LLC is the dorm that brings students together to network and produce their own projects in a cohesive environment. RECENT UPDATES:

8-10-08: CSUN is now a Sony Imageworks Professional Academic Excellence (IPAX) member! It's one of only eighteen colleges to be accepted into the program. You can read more about it here.

7-25-08: The LLC website is back online. Registration for the LLC is now complete. If you would like to be added to a waiting list, contact CSUN Housing.

The LLC has been remodeled for the new 2008-2009 year. Fresh paint (white and blue) and new carpets have been placed in all rooms and lobbies.

4-08-08: Acceptance letters for the CTVA LLC have now been sent out! Welcome to the community! Be sure to register on the Forum and join our Facebook fan page!!!

There is a mandatory meeting concerning the LLC film group projects on Sunday 4/13 at 9:30pm in the lobby.

4-06-08: There's a fresh coat of paint on the outside of the CTVA LLC building! Bold and bright colors shine on all levels.

On April 1, Matador TV held its first ever live broadcast show! Fun times indeed.

Priority registration for the CTVA LLC will end on April 10! If you want to live in this dorm building, register now!

3-15-08: Here's yet another reason not to attend USC, they won't allow you to upload your films online! One of the many perks about living in the CSUN and the LLC is that YOU own all the films that you create. Try and gain as large of an audience as possible through online video portals. Several students have done such that and seen huge results. It doesn't seem like USC knows much about the future of entertainment.

2-19-08: We now have a dedicated forum for prospective, current and alumni students, to communicate with each other. Go ahead and register an account!

CTVA LLC Alumni student Kate Ryan has been nominated for a Student Emmy for her senior film "POV: A dogumentary."

NBC's Knight Rider filmed on the CSUN campus. Check out some video below.

2-16-08: The green screen has now been purchased. We'll upload pictures when it arrives.

Matador TV 6 now has over an hours with of footage!

A YouTube.com group has been created for all CSUN LLC residents. Please join it and submit your films.

1-31-08: The dorms Matador TV 6 has launched. Through Matador TV you can get your films viewed by 2,000 dorm students!

We're in the early stages of building a new production/green screen room to make your films in the LLC. Stay tuned for further updates.
